In any other industry the answer is a no brainer! If prices go up, they automatically get passed on the the customer. That’s what you’ve watched almost every single thing you purchase go up over the last 1-2 years. But not in the Beauty Industry. 🤦🏽‍♀️


We don’t want to offend our clients, we think they can’t afford it - and we ‘can’t afford to lose them’. So we eat the cost. The only thing is, it’s not just the color, it’s the foil, and the developer, and the shampoo and conditioner. Maybe the rent, utilities and insurance too! Don’t even mention groceries, gas and other personal expenses. No wonder you’re struggling.


I hate to say it, but if you haven’t raised your prices in the last 2 years, you may be paying your clients for the privilege of doing their hair.
