2020 Was NOT on My Vision Board!

I saw that on someone's Social Media post and if that isn't the truth, LOL.  I don't think any of us could've imagined the roller coaster of a ride that we've had this year.  One of the things that post brings to mind is that a Vision Board is inspire you to your heart's desire.  So I'm hoping your vision hasn't changed, although many of our goals, plans and strategies may have had to shift because of the circumstances.  So what's the difference?

I'm sharing a few definitions and examples below:

A Vision - is a clear image of how you see your future, it's aligned with your deepest values and priorities.  An example may be wanting to help people look and feel their best.

Goals - are set as a target to move you toward your vision.  Your goal may be to service 6-8 clients a day, 4 days a week with hairstyling, brows and lashes to create $1,000 in income each week.

Plans - are more of how you will achieve your goals.  What action steps will you need to take to reach your goals?  And in what order?  Your plans may include how you will market your business to gain the needed clients, how much time will be allotted for each service; how will they book their services?  What questions will you ask during the consultation?

Strategies - have to do with the approach you'll take to reach your goal.  i.e. If your salon is on lockdown and you can't service your clients in person, you may start online trainings as a strategy to reach your income goals and your vision of helping people look and feel their best.

I hope that gives you a new perspective and that you can see that all is not lost, even when the world feels like it's turned upside down. I want to invite you to be one the Stylists that I will work with, along with my best selling online Salon Success System, 90 Days to WOW!, to help you end the last quarter of this year on a high note.  See the special offer below and click here for more details and to make sure you're one of the first 10 Stylists!
